Scout Report Disappearing – FC 26 Career Mode

There is a long-standing issue with the scouting system that has been present across multiple EA Sports FC/FIFA titles and still hasn't been fixed.

When you send a scout to a specific country and ask them to observe players, after a few in-game days the scout generates a list of players as expected. However, when you return later to review that list, all of the scouted players have disappeared for no apparent reason.

This forces players to start the scouting process all over again, wasting time and making Career Mode frustrating.

Please investigate and fix this issue. It has existed for several years and significantly impacts the Career Mode experience.
