I have this problem too for 11 or 12 days and i got really tired. Do something Ea. Get a update for that or idk really anymore do something.

i also have the same problem on steam when i launch through ea app it works but not on steam i reinstalled everything and contacted EA likee 8 times they didnt help me at all
