Re: I Got kicked from three of my champs games after winning the games

Yesterday, I was playing Champs and experienced one of the most difficult and competitive lobbies I’ve seen in a long time. It genuinely felt like I was being matched against Elite Division players or even professional-level players.

On top of that, while I was winning a match, the game suddenly disconnected and I received a DNF loss. The issue is that my internet connection was completely stable — all other devices connected to the same network were working perfectly fine at the time. I also play on a PS5 Pro using a wired Ethernet connection, so this should not have happened.

I tried sending feedback, but the only option available was troubleshooting steps, which doesn’t really address the issue. I’d appreciate it if this could be properly investigated, especially the disconnect resulting in a loss despite no actual internet outage on my side.

Also, please take a serious look at Rivals and Champions matchmaking. Right now, the matchmaking feels extremely unbalanced, with many matches feeling like they are against Elite Division or professional-level players regardless of rank. I play this game to relax and have fun, but lately it has just become stressful and frustrating, with sessions ending in nothing but headaches instead of enjoyment.
