Bug Report - Starter Objective Disappeared (Ultimate Team)

When I started Ultimate Team in EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition on PC, I selected the Premier League starter pack and the English Women’s League starter pack. After that, a starter challenge appeared asking me to complete 5 ground passes and 1 shot on target to receive a reward: Doku (TOTW), or Barcola (Champions), or another player that i can´t remember. 

However, before I could complete the objective, the game suddenly changed screens due to a bug. After that, the challenge completely disappeared and I can no longer access it or claim the reward.

This appears to be a progression bug affecting the initial Ultimate Team objectives. I would appreciate a fix or a way to recover the missing challenge and reward.

    i got the same problem 3 days ago, i contacted the ea support but still didn't responded me.... did you resolve the problem?
