Can’t collect my rewards

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team. After completing matches and objectives, I am unable to collect my rewards. The game either does not show the rewards at all, or it prevents me from claiming them. I have already tried restarting the game and logging in again, but the problem persists.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the rewards I earned?
