I am writing to appeal the recent action taken against my account (Email: [[edit: email address removed]]). I received an email stating that my avatar was reset for violating the rules.
I apologize for the content of the avatar. It was not my intention to violate the Positive Play Charter, and I will make sure to follow all guidelines in the future.
However, since the avatar reset, I have been unable to access the 'Clubs' mode in the game. I am concerned that my account might have a temporary restriction. Could you please review my case and restore my access to the online features? I have already removed the problematic content and I'm ready to play fairly.
