DEAR EA

January 17 21:35 I was playing some ea fc and when i was going to the toilet i accidently forgot to close my door and my younger brother went in my room and  bought ea points worth 78 dollars. My family is in  a rough place where this shouldnt happen so it  would be very nice of  you  if I could get some type of compensation,  id prefer it would be in money form but points would work too, so my family can buy groceries for the rest of the month.
