Did not receive my fifa points

January 16 I had bought FIFA points that were worth $26. I bought 2800 FIFA points and I never received them. I I bought it again and I received them the second time but I still never received the first 2800 FIFA points that I had originally bought. I was wondering if I could either possibly get a refund or if I could get those points sent in back to my FC 26 account
