False ban? (ban appeal not working)

I was just perm banned from EA fc online games for breaking the transfer rules. I gave my account info to sketchy website for "free transfer market buying" but before I started using the website I learned that If I did that I would be breaking the rules of what was fifa at the time. I forgot about it because it has been a while. Because nothing came of it I hadn't changed my password until now. Recently coins have been appearing and disappearing on my account and I didn't know why. I tried to find EA support but couldn't find it. Now I try to appeal my ban and every time it says that it did not work and I should try again in a few hours. I have tired multiple times throughout the day and it still doesn't work. This is my last idea to get help. I don't care if my account is wiped I just want to play online again. I did not try to break any rules I was just stupid and let my account get compromised.
