FC 26 no featured squad available

i have recently had my ps5 break and have moved to xbox using the same EA account, i have no acces to the transfer market and i cannot complete the objective 'Play a feautred squad' as there isnt any there. I want to have the transfer market unlocked for when fc27 comes out. is there a reason thers no featured squad here? i have tried refreshing multiple times and restarting the game multiple times
