Fc 26 ultimate team issue

 I recently purchased EA Sports FC 26 for my PS5 specifically to play Ultimate Team, but I am extremely frustrated because I cannot access or play the mode at all. I paid for the game expecting full functionality, and instead I am met with constant issues and no ability to enjoy the main feature I bought it for. This is unacceptable, especially for a game at this price, and I request that the issue be resolved immediately or that proper compensation be provided.

    I have the same problem I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, restoring the license, restarting my ps5 I honestly don’t know what to do

    i got the same thing, i tried in my sister house cause she has another provider and it worked
