Game so broken online….live games

Apart from so many cheats that you can’t report, can somebody tell me why I’m having these issues

1. My AI are docile and do-nothing
2. I don’t get the speed boosts in defence
3. other teams AI defending better and cover the worst people in the game who drags out players left and right leaving gaps, but my attackers never go into the space left
4. my players actively seeking to be offside
5. my attacking players actively seeking to be near the opponents defender

im on a lan connection playing sub 20 ping every game. I’m on ps5 also playing on a monitor with very fast latency

to me the game feels broken, I hate playing online and do anything to avoid it. But challenges force me there
