Re: Ultimate gauntlet 8 DISCONNECTION BUG

 

I want to play FC 26, but every time I try to access Ultimate Team, I get an error message saying: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.” Because of this problem, I am unable to play Ultimate Team and enjoy the game properly. If anyone could help me pls text me back.

    If you were getting this error and “dashboarded” that’s when you can’t get back into the game.  

    For those that can’t complete a game, it’s due to some desync in the gauntlet.  You will need to finish off your current round of gauntlet in order to complete.

    How the heck do you do that if you can’t complete a game?  You start gauntlet and dashboard.  

    But then I won’t be able to get back in?  Well, you have to follow the steps outlined to get back in the game.  

    Fortunate for me, I was on my last gauntlet game when I dashboarded and got locked out.  So when I cleared my squads and followed the process, I got a fresh gauntlet round.  AND I was able to finish the gauntlet objectives.

    Once you load up a squad for gauntlet, have to use that squad.  If it’s already been used, swap there and play immediate.  DO NOT back out of the gauntlet menu.  Do not switch teams in the clubs area.  That’s the glitch.  That’s what gets everything messed up.

    Form a comunity manager EA

    Hello everyone, Please try going to the Companion app or the Web app, deleting your current teams, setting a new, empty formation as your active team, and then trying to log in to UT from your gaming platform again after a few minutes.

    This procedure appears to have resolved the issue for some affected players. In the meantime, we've informed our teams of this situation. 

    Let us know if it works for you.

    Check with your phone hot spot if you works .then go to console internet change you nat type 2 and ipv6 is on turn it off and check which mtu setting is comaptible with ea servers  and reset your router after making these changes ..had the same issue took a while to figure it out

    Same.  Some sort of bug related to the gauntlet game mode.  EA said they are investigating it.  

    is anyone here from EA going to respond to all these threads with some sort of update?  This is crazy.  I see people locked out for days.
