Is there any update from EA on this? It’s getting really frustrating.
Best you ever get is "the development team is looking into this" - you never, ever get a detailed explanation of what went wrong, how it was corrected, and what has been put in place to ensure it doesn't happen again. There is zero accountability from EA, even on its own forums, instead they hide behind moderators who often are as informed as the rest of us, ie not at all (through no fault of their own). It's a very odd way to treat your customers and moderators.
