i need major help

so everyone knows how you have to do the starting quest to unlock the transfer market, but in the venturing out objective, there is an objective where it tells you to do the foundations Evo and everyone just does it evil you know, but for me, I went on a vacation for three weeks and the Evo is expired so it is impossible for me to do the Evo and it does not show up in my rewards or anything. It has completely disappeared. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
