Input delay,2nd half fps drop still exists while we are nearing the end of toty

I hate to break this but input delay still exists in the game even tho it isn't my controllers or my internet connections issue. This happened to me before the recent patch but after the patch it still hasn't been fixed. Even the 2nd half fps drop still occurs. I can't play any online mode properly without this stupid issue. They never respond to my previous complaints and this is occurring to me in my pc version. Can't even refund this game now.
