Journey of Nations Asia + Oceania

A little over a week ago I completed all of the required challenges to finish the entire objective set. Now although I’ve done this it says I have not completed one of the groups, this being the perfect volley group. In this group you are only required to complete 2 of the 3 challenges which I have done and claimed, this being said I received the rewards for completing the group, but not the entire objective set.

I have attached screenshots and as can be seen I should be able to claim the group reward but am unable to.

It would be greatly appreciated to have any sort of feedback on this as it has been like this for over a week now.
