Mislead customer service

Where do I start. Monday morning on the 20th I packed gold version Claudia Pina from a SBC pick which I still believed she was TOTY.  I then raised a case with customer service to explain this issue and after several agents they all confirmed my account was eligible for compensation and even gave me clarity that my issue was up for rectification. They told me they were having loads of the same issues from other players and that they were working hard to solve the problem for everyone. I was then told Thursday this week that the issue had been solved and to check again on my account in 24hours and that I shoukd have my TOTY card. They then said if any issues with not being there to contact back again. I then checked today this evening and still nothing. I then got back in contact with another agent to say that it still wasn’t there. They then took my details AGAIN and then decided to tell me that the TOTY for Pina Claudia had ended Sunday at 17:59. I appreciate that this is the case however I’ve been mislead and lied to throughout the week from different agents claiming i was 100% eligible for rectification! If i was told this from the beginning I would have appreciated it and left it there. This is poor customer service and would like to escalate this further as customer service were unhelpful and i do not appreciate being lied too.
