Re: Missing Asia/Oceania rewards

Hey everyone,

I am having a massive issue with objective player rewards not granting. I just finished the Dance and Spin objective. The game gave me the South Africa kits, but the Oswin Appollis player card is nowhere to be found.

It never showed up in my unassigned pile, it is not in my club, and it is definitely not a concept card issue—it just never arrived.

I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps (restarting the game, logging into the Web App/Companion App, checking the store, clearing cache). I even followed the exact steps from the standard fix videos and absolutely nothing worked.

To make matters worse, the exact same thing happened to me last week with the Tim Cahill card. I still do not have Cahill, which means I am completely locked out of finishing the Asia & Oceania objectives too.

Is anyone else experiencing this consecutive missing player bug? Is there a known fix, or do we just have to wait for EA to push out a mass compensation?
