Missing content tool on EA help is useless

On FC25 I grinded everything that would give me even slightest advantage for FC26. I did the objectives "The club is yours I, II", as well as the EVO objective "The club is yours III". I have even grinded the "Griddy to glory cup" for the Griddy celebration. The result - nothing! Even more, as I logged in the FC26 Ultimate team for the first time, I should have recieved a Foundation player pick, 1 of 5. The same one that you get from the Foundations, Moments. Guess what - I did not.

As a very patient and communication-oriented person I searched the web, I checked what others do and I thought I found the way - EA help. Even better, I found the "Contact us" form for "Find missing content". I explained the problem as detailed as it can possibly get, put every single piece of information that might be needed. Three days later, I checked the form "My cases". The case was mark in green saying "Resolved". What a success. I logged into the game and found... nothing. 

As I said earlier I am very patient. I went back. "EA help" -> "Contact us" -> new case. I explained everything again, specified the Case number, attached a screenshot of the case status. Three days later. The new case indicates - closed. Closed! Logging into the game daily - nothing.

I did everything possible to resolve the problem, the result - negative. In those forums there are many people that have the same or identical situation. I can only imagine how many more people and especially kids are out there that did not get their rewards. If after contacting EA the matter doesn't get resolved, what about all those that don't know what to do. 

The last thing I can think of is exposing the problem here. I saw that on some forums there are real EA employees trying to help the community. I guess the "Find missing content" tool is based on AI so I hope a real person gets involved here.
