Missing fc points

Missing 2,000 FC Points from Ultimate Edition

Hello EA Support and Community,

I’m having an issue with my 2,000 FC Points from the Ultimate Edition.

Yesterday, I received an official message in the EA app saying:

“2000 FC POINTS READY TO CLAIM”

It also said that my “final 2000 FC Points from the Ultimate Edition are ready to claim” and told me to go into Ultimate Team in FC 26 to get the points.

I claimed them through the message, but the 2,000 FC Points never appeared on my account.

I have already:

  • Restarted FC 26 on my PlayStation.
  • Checked that I am using the same EA account and Ultimate Team.
  • Contacted EA Support yesterday, but unfortunately they told me they could not help and that the points were not free.

However, I have a screenshot of the official EA message clearly stating that these were my final 2,000 FC Points from the Ultimate Edition and that they were ready to claim.

Could someone from EA please check my account and the claim history to see what happened to these 2,000 FC Points?

I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

    Hey jaycen79​,

    I'm a little confused about what's going on here. So the EA app told you that you have 2,000 points to claim, but you play on PlayStation? Progress isn't shared between platforms, so if you have 2,000 points on the EA app (which is only for PC) then you won't see that reflected on your PlayStation as that's a separate platform.

    Do you have a screenshot of the message that you got?
