Missing thunderstruck Event rewards and objectives

1 of two things most likely happened here:

1. The disconnect you thought you won was probably a disconnect on your end (either due to your connection, the servers connection, or a hacker disconnected you)
2. You didn't complete the tasks on time and or was too close to the end time and thus you didn't make the cut (you got bubbled out)

I would recommend you don't leave it till the very last to complete because things like these tend to happen quite often closer to the refresh times. Sorry this happened to you, I definitely understand the feeling!

Yeah, either way it should be able to be solved. If the event wasn't for more than 48 hours on weekdays.... I work and go to school full-time, as well as want to play other games, when i give myself over an hour to win 1 and score in 3 and you have disconnects and rewards not counting, just doesn't seem fair, im a loyal player and my club relies on these sort of things. If i had been late and not got them in, or like when the Twitch streams for free packs end early i dont complain, i have a life, but i woke up and did what i was supposed to. This is merely someone pressing a couple of buttons and solving it. I understand the issues that could happen, and why i played another game and didnt care about the disconnect. which if my fault would have said something to me when i loaded up or kicked me out of mode but it didnt. it actually said i won. just didnt screenshot. Appreciate the reply. truthfully going to be my last days on the game if it isnt solved. I can go enjoy something else where support will help you and not try to blame you. I'm not a liar, im more upset that i thought i could get help lol 

Not blaming you, just warning you that there's a lot of broken things in this game and waiting till last minute isn't going to help your case. I, too, have a job and can't always do things right when they are released. Oftentimes, I'm missing out on broken packs while I'm at work because I get in trouble if I'm on my phone. If this game is taking away from your life and or there are better things for you to do; I would definitely go do those things. I'm not here to hold your hand and be a shoulder you can cry to. I'll tell you what is realistic; this game is broken and there are a lot of issues with this game. Sometimes fixing certain things cause other things to break, etc. This company seems to only really prioritize what loses them money like pack errors and FP bugs. They don't focus on every little issue like we would like for them to do. I wish they did. Then, we'd all be happier!

Anyways, hope it does get fixed, because I know of so many others that are experiencing similar issues and we have forwarded these things but haven't received an answer.

No word when checking back in 24 hours later, do believe those were my last days on this game. It's a shame
