My acc is glitched because transfer market (PS5)

Hello.. I have a problem with the transfer market. I've been playing ultimate team since September and I still can't sell a player. I can only buy. I talked to the support 2 weeks ago and they told me that the problem would be solved within 24 hours but nothing has changed. It's so bad fact because I've only been playing ultimate team mode for 200+ hours and this problem still hasn't been solved. 

I know that many of you have had or are having similar problems on PS5 and please someone write how you solved it.
