I purchased the game on September 5 through the purchase section in the EAFC25 interface, and I was told that the pre-order content would be delivered, but it hasn't arrived. I have shared the screenshot. I request either the delivery of the content or a refund for the game.
I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26, but I have not received the Debut ICON Player Item in Ultimate Team. I pre-ordered before the deadline and expected the pack to be available starting September 19, 2025, at 17:00 UTC. I’ve restarted the game, checked the Store > My Packs section, and ensured my EA account is linked to my platform PS5 . I also confirmed that my game is updated and I’m connected to EA servers. Could you please check why the ICON pack is missing and add it to my account
