Not giving me rewards

I've won more than 6 games with 1 Brazilian plater to meet the journey of nationsNorth America criteria for Selecao/Rose Coloured Memeories. I haven't changed formation (or even used tactics button).  Can someone at EA sort this out please, I see other players have completed it & some having the same difficulty as me..... or this another pay to win gimmick???
