Objectives and match progress not updating in EA Sports FC 26

Hello EA Team,

I’m having an issue in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team.

I’ve completed several matches and multiple objectives, but my progress hasn’t updated and I haven’t received any of the rewards.

I’ve already restarted the game and my console many times, but the issue still continues.
