Re: I can't access the web app or companion app for my account

Hi Dears

I was able to use the FC 25 Companion App with my EA account, but now when I try to log in to the FC 26 Companion App, I get a message saying my account doesn’t have an Ultimate Team 26 Club. The problem is that FC 26 hasn’t been released yet, so I can’t create a club on console/PC. Interestingly, when I log in with another account, it works fine.

Would you please check it as soon as possible?

    same thing is happening to me, i have no idea why. ive had my account for 10 years and still this comes up

    I played fc25 and fifa 23 on my xbox and it says if i played fc25 then I get early access to the web app but when i go on it it says that i need to create a ultimate team on my xbox which i cant because the game isn't even out. So what is the fix? If there is no fix i expect to be compensated for my lost time on the game.

    Thank you for your report. Could you confirm if this is the main account where you played FC 25? Just trying to check if you played many games in FC 25 on that profile? Can you also open the page using a new incognito tab and check your login credentials? Thanks.

    Having a very similar issue when logging into companion app on my phone. Keep getting this message and have tried multiple different internet connections over the day with no change
