Re: Premium Pass Level 27, 29 and 30 missing

It’s not a visual glitch.  I tried using the claim all button after completing the last 4 levels.  I was given the rivaldo card and one pack, but none of the others.  There were premium rewards at levels 27 and 29 that do not show green check marks, and never showed in the store.

While trying to claim them, I could just keep claiming and choosing between the packs over and over again.  They never appeared in the store.  After closing the game, restarting the console, and also looking on the companion apps (both web and mobile) I have confirmed that the packs are still missing.  This is completely unacceptable to those who spend actual money in the game.
