Re: Prime Heroes: Champions Objective Not Counted

Hello,

Today I completed all objectives in the Prime Heroes Event 1 in EA Sports FC 26.

The objective “Prime Heroes Event 1” shows as completed on my account, but I did not receive the Prime Hero Aimar item reward from the Prime Heroes Events Completionist.

A friend completed the same objectives and received the reward immediately, while I did not.

I have already contacted EA Support and was advised to wait a few hours, but the reward is still missing.

I took a screenshot to prove my problem.

Please check my account progression and help resolve this issue.
