Repeated Match Disconnection and Incorrect Loss in Ultimate Team
Dear EA Support Team,
1 am experiencing a recurring issue in Ultimate Team that is becoming very frustrating.
Whenever I win a match, especially during important objectives, I get disconnected right after the game ends. I receive a message saying there was a problem and I am returned to the main menu. The match is then recorded as a loss, even though I clearly won.
This issue has happened multiple times without any clear reason. Most recently, it occurred in the final match of an objective challenge, preventing me from completing it.
My internet connection is stable, and this problem seems to happen specifically after winning matches. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and advise on a solution as soon as possible.
