Had to rename my team because it was apparantly offensive and could be used to harras people? I had that team name since 2010. Has to be a glitch.

Probably not a glitch. EA seems to have tightened its name filter system recently, and a lot of long standing club names have suddenly been flagged. If you've had the same name since 2010 and it was never an issue before, it's likely the automated filter got updated and incorrectly caught it. Frustrating either way, especially when a name survives for over a decade and then gets flagged overnight.
