If you doing an SBC it’s basically 1 French, 1 English , 1 Spanish etc
I did but it still didn't work, I choose different nationalities for my starting 11 and my bench, buh it still didn't work
You normally still need to meet other requirements. Such as chemistry of 25, rating 85 etc
King_Kwabz01 if it says MAX 1 it possibly means only one nation in total, not 1 player from 1 nation? Maybe try an all English team and see if that works bud
