Transfer market closed

I pre ordered the ultimate edition of eafc26 to get the early access, just to be surprised when i started playing that I can’t use the transfer market????

that is totally unacceptable, thinking that i am some sort of a bot or something just because i was a university student during the last few years and didn’t have the time to play the last few games??? 
If you checked my account you would have known that i have spent a lot of money on the game during many years on the account, and in the end i get surprised of being banned from the transfer market until i do many silly objectives??? 
and i literally bought the ultimate edition that comes with fifa points and many other features, how am i a bot? Do you guys not think?????
