TRANSFER MARKET LOCKED ON WEB APP (KINDLY READ)

hello EA team

i am having a serious issue with my ea sports fc 26 ultimate team account on playstation 5 where the transfer market is completely locked on both the ea web app and companion app even though i have done everything possible to unlock it

i have completed all foundations objectives including foundations mode mastery 8/8 path to pro fc competitor and market mastery all showing green check marks with the traffic cone icons fully filled see attached screenshot 1 for proof

i have been playing consistently for over two weeks now i reached champions rank 1 and im in division 3 in rivals i have grinded a ton and have spent a total of 2 days 5 hours online on console with plenty of playtime this week as well see attached screenshot 2 and 3 for the exact time spent breakdown showing heavy console usage

i have successfully bought and sold players on the transfer market worth over a million coins using rewards from champions all done directly on my ps5 console the in game transfer market works fine on console

i am logged into both the web app and companion app with the same account i have no ban or penalty history whatsoever i already checked that myself and read every forum post about this issue

despite all of this the web app and companion app still say access denied and i cannot use the transfer market from them at all this is really hurting my ability to manage my club properly especially since i have been putting in the work and time

can you please look into my account right away investigate why the access is still blocked even after completing every single objective and having this much verified playtime and grant me full access to the transfer market on the web and companion apps asap

    This is exactly my problem and why I came to this forum. It’s been weeks and I can’t access the market on Switch 2. Have never found a single teammate let alone a Rush game to complete the objectives

    The solution is removing game and sell your Switch 2 , hahaha

    I can not find any Rush Match so the market in game always locked with me 😭

    I finished 2 objects beginning in and venturing out but I can not list or buy anything, it always said Limit bid/buy

    I couldn't even find a Rush match on my Switch 2 ,  it always said NOT FOUND, so I couldn't use the in-game market, which is embarrassing.

    This is my situation. I played 2  accounts on PS4 during the TOTY event. Both accounts got Web App access in the first week.

    Last month, I moved to PS5. I created a new account and played for over a month. I finished all Foundation objectives. I also play 3 matches every day and complete SBCs on the Web App daily.

    Could you tell me what to do next to unlock the Transfer Market on the Web App?
