Transfer market locked

Hi,

I moved from pc (fifa 23) to xbox (ea fc 25) back to pc for ea fc 26 and it treated me as a newcomer. I willingly did all the objectives to unlock the transfer market just for me to see that after I copmleted all the objectives, it says that my limit of bid/purchase has been reached and I can access the market after 2 days. 

What is this???? Why did I have to do all of those grueling objectives just for me to be locked out still?
