UAE Showcase: Can't open FC Companion App (login fails)

'm playing EA FC 26 Showcase on PC in the UAE, where free Ultimate Team is unlocked regionally without buying the full game. I've migrated from my FC 24 account, completed all Foundations SBCs, and everything runs smoothly in-game: packs open, SBCs work, and crucially, the Transfer Market was fully accessible right away (buying, selling, bidding) even before finishing Foundations—no locks there.

The problem is the FC Companion App won't login at all. It shows "Something went wrong,"

Screenshots attached proving in-game TM working pre/post-Foundations, app error, and completed Foundations. Some friends in UAE with just Showcase works on their devices—why not mine? Is there a known block or fix for Showcase accounts to get  Companion/Web access . Appreciate any help!
