web app market access

Hello, I have been playing Ultimate Team for 4 days, but my web app transfer market has not been activated yet. On your rules page, it says that the market will open after 2 active days.
I've completed the process of opening the console market and my console market is now open. Besides your written rules, shouldn't there be any other issues with your web app transfer market access page?
