Why is my team so useless in friendlies`?

No matter what tactics and connection almost every time the same rubbish.

My team cant pass wont move yet the opposition always long ball perfect and run past my defenders like mad, yet when my attackers get the ball always 2 defenders on them . Plus funny how every team defends deep yet when i set to deep same as above anyone else this rubbish and any tips Ping is 10-12ms..
