Incorrect SBC Compensation Packs – Raphinha – 300,110 Points

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report a possible error with the compensation rewards for the expired Raphinha SBC in EA SPORTS FC 27.

I deliberately reached 300,110 Item Score points, investing additional players from my club specifically to qualify for the higher reward tier advertised on the official EA Help website.

According to the published reward table, I should have received:

- 2× Giant Gold Player Packs

- 1× Jumbo Gold Player Pack

However, the packs I received appeared to be regular Gold packs containing both players and consumables, rather than the advertised player-only packs.

I only noticed the discrepancy after opening the packs.

I contacted EA Help under case #257803600, but the advisor could not verify the pack types or correct the rewards. The chat ended without confirmation that my complaint had been escalated. My case currently shows "Waiting on Player", although there is no option to respond.

I am asking the EA game team to investigate:

1. Whether the correct pack types were distributed for the Raphinha SBC compensation.

2. Whether other players were affected, including those completing the Pina and Olise SBCs.

3. Whether affected accounts will receive the originally advertised rewards.

I am not asking for bonus rewards. I am asking for the compensation that was officially advertised and that I specifically invested resources to qualify for.

Please investigate and provide an official statement or clarification.
