Career Mode Pre-gens & Re-gens are spawning with inflated stats

After the first season tonnes of players that are 17/18 are spawning in with ridiculously high stats, some straight away 90 rated or mid 80s high 70s, loads with 90+ potential and insane stats based on position - Wingers and fullbacks 90+ pace, Midfields high passing and dribbling, attackers high shooting, defenders high defending and physicality- those stats being their best stats is logical but should not start out 80-85+ or in terms of pace 90+ on every wide player.
