Domestic Cup Bugs: Penalty Shootout & Cinematic Freeze in Player Career

Dear EA Sports Development Team,

I am writing this to submit a critical bug report regarding severe glitches in domestic cup tournaments across all leagues in Player Career Mode:

1. Penalty Shootout Termination Glitch:

- There is a game-breaking bug in domestic knockout cup matches where the game abruptly ends immediately after the first penalty kick is taken. The final score is hidden, the winner isn't declared on screen, and I am shocked to find my team eliminated in the main menu.

2. Pre-Match Presentation and Cinematic Freeze:

- During the player walkout sequence in domestic cups, the cinematics completely lose synchronization. Players suddenly freeze in place, and the entire pre-match intro cuts off instantly, forcing the match to start without finishing the entry presentation.

Please address these critical tournament bugs in the upcoming title update to ensure fair gameplay.
