Job security and visual bugs

Does anyone understand what’s going on with Career Mode and EA’s ongoing disregard for this mode? I started a season with West Ham and currently in 2nd place, just one point off the top. At one point, the board indicated that my job security had dropped to "Okay," but I managed to bounce back with two good performances, bringing my status back to "Safe." Yet, after a consistent run of good form—including a 4–2 win over Chelsea in the cup and a 4–1 league victory—my job security has dropped again. How does that make any sense? And don’t even get me started on the visual bugs, like clothing items not displaying correctly during matches—it’s just a carry-over from the previous game. It’s embarrassing and disappointing.
