I'm using Chelsea in my career mode save and I entered season two, all of my lower rated players came from their loans, and I would like to get them back on loan so they don't waste their potential sitting on the bench while in my club. Unfortunately no loan offers coming in for players lower than 70 baseline overall. Please EA FIX THIS and make this game playable again!!!
I wrote about this problem a month ago, and nothing has been fixed. Clubs don't loan youth academy players at all. They don't loan players with ratings below 70. If you play in the English Premier League for an above-average club, say Newcastle, and you loan players with ratings above 70, you'll only receive loan offers from clubs of a comparable or higher level in England and other leagues, but you'll never get offers from weaker teams. For example, playing in the Premier League, you'll never receive loan offers from the Championship. I think they've done something wrong with their reputation. It turns out that clubs with the same reputation as yours don't need players with ratings below 70, and weaker clubs that could use them simply can't loan them. Judging by the way critical bugs are fixed, we'll be waiting a very long time for this fix, and that's very frustrating. If we get one at all. But loans and transfers are the main and most interesting part of a career... in the 27th part of the game, it's completely broken.
