Manager Career: New CPU Teammate Slider Adjustments Settings Not Saving

At the start of new career mode saves use custom slider adjustment values for gameplay and CPU/CPU Teammate behaviors. All gameplay and CPU slider adjustments save correctly, however, the new CPU Teammate modifications do not save after exiting career mode or shutting down Xbox Series X/S console, resulting in having to re-input the values every time before the next match. This issue also occurs about thirty-five percent of the time when merely continuing career mode advancing to the next matchday.
