    Hi there,

EA SPORTS FC 27 version 1.0.3, released last week, included the following fix for Career Mode:

    • In some cases during Manager Career, players may have secretly requested a transfer without sending any prior messages or complaints, even if their morale was high.

If you’re still experiencing this issue after installing v1.0.3, please let us know.

We’re also looking at how quickly players can ask to be transferred as a result of their playtime. We’re reviewing player playtime demands to find a better balance between players expecting minutes on the pitch and the need to rotate your squad and give players time to recover their energy.

You can also find more information about Morale in our Career Mode Deep Dive. In FC 27, factors such as playing time, squad roles, and player expectations can all affect Morale, which is also one of the core factors behind Dynamic OVR.

We’ll share further updates if the team makes any changes in this area.
