This is a foul?

Are we actually serious, EA?  This is a foul?  My player's foot not only goes through the ball, but through the opposing player's foot, leg, then proceeds to make contact with his back leg and be called as a "foul"  Newest FC game and they still haven't fixed stuff like this.  Amazing.
