Where is Title Update 1.0.2 or 1.2 to Patch Manager Career Mode Issues?

Numerous problems in Manager Career mode have been reported for the past fifty-five days (August 5th, first day of closed beta testing) and zero hotfixes or Title Updates have addressed any of the gamebreaking elements, and the game remains completely unplayable, since the start of beta testing, through the September 17th early release, and continues on a week past full game launch. Because no official EA announcement has occurred yet, the probability of a Title Update this week appears minimal.

In addition, when viewing issues in the EA FC 27 Trello board, this report is set to be investigated: 

[Career Mode] Players may request a transfer without notifying the manager

In some cases during Manager Career, players may secretly request a transfer without sending any prior messages or complaints, even if their morale is high. When this occurs, managers will find themselves unable to block incoming transfer offers for the affected players.

What is point of ensuring messages from players regarding transfer request submissions are visible in Player Conversation tab after the fact? Developers need to completely redesign player squad roles, required playing time for each squad role, and reformulate the new Dynamic OVR system.

Current Game Status:

Players demand Crucial or Important squad roles even when existing players at the same position have an overall rating of four or more points higher.

Critical squad role players play every minute of every match and there is a ninety percent chance or higher will submit a transfer request within the first three months of a new Manager Career mode save.

Important squad role players play every minute of every match and there is an eighty percent chance they will submit a transfer request in the first five months. If an Important role player is substituted at the end of a match, does not get credit for playing in the match and triggers immediate submission within ten days.

Rotations squad role players must play a minimum of sixty-five to seventy percent of matches to avoid transfer request, and must play from the first minute, until end of match to get gametime credit.

Sporadic squad role players must play a minimum of fifty percent of matches to avoid transfer request, and must play from the first minute, until end of match to get gametime credit.

Many of the squad role and playing time issues have been in the game for over a decade, dating back to FIFA 14, and remain completely broken. With the new Dynamic OVR features compiled on top of the broken role system, nearly every player in the squad is at risk of random transfer request submissions, similar to the broken Club Transfer system that was not patched after reporting on December 2, 2025, and the national team hardcodes from The World Game compounded the problem, which to this day, are still ignored.
