Dear EA SPORTS Team,

Why is Galatasaray’s new star signing, Aleksey Batrakov, still missing from Ultimate Team while his teammates are available?

This omission is frustrating and deserves a clear explanation. Is it due to a licensing issue, a technical problem, or a restriction related to his Russian nationality? If nationality is the reason, how do you justify treating a player differently because of where he comes from?

Football should stand for fairness, inclusion and equal treatment. Fans deserve transparency.

Please explain why Batrakov is missing and when he will be added. We expect a concrete answer and action.
