Career Mode Bench/Reserves and Loans!

Please fix these really frustrating issues!! 

Squads!

I like most people I imagine like to have my bench and reserves players layed out in a certain way, so that I can clearly see and know where my replacement players are for a quick and easy swap around of players be it injury or stamina level. 
please solve the frustrating automatic/random order that the squad hub arranges them in continuously! It’s taking the quick and easiness out of this part of the game! 

Loan System

Why is it that I have gone two full transfer windows, with around 7-10 youth academy and ‘wonderkids’ available for loan with none of them getting any offers?! Yet some teams try to approach me for loans for players that are either playing regularly or are not listed?!

Please look into addressing these issues. Not in an update that will only affect a new career mode save, but with an update that’ll actually impact any current ones because I don’t want to need to lose progress to start another save when these issues shouldn’t be there in the first place 🤦
