Suggestion for Player Career: Fix Ballon d'Or & Individual Awards Glitch

Dear EA Sports Development Team,

I am writing this to submit urgent feedback regarding the broken individual awards system in Player Career Mode. Please review and fix the following issues to restore realism to the game:

1. Broken Award Logic & Selection Criteria:

- Currently, the game ignores actual performance when awarding "Player of the Season" and the "Ballon d'Or." Lower-performing AI players often win despite the user achieving all goals and highest ratings.

- The selection criteria must be updated so individual awards are strictly based on the player with the highest goals and assists throughout the season.

- Absolute priority for winning these awards (especially the Ballon d'Or) must be given to the player who successfully wins major team trophies and championships with their club.

2. Ballon d'Or Glitch and Lack of Cutscenes:

- Even when winning major trophies, the game fails to trigger any cinematic cutscenes, news hub celebrations, or notifications for the Ballon d'Or ceremony. This completely ruins the immersion and motivation of finishing a long career.

- Please fix the news feed and email notifications in Player Career Mode so that individual milestones, player of the month awards, and seasonal trophies are properly acknowledged and celebrated with realistic media coverage.

    I have experienced the same issues, 3rd season of Manager Career Mode my player that I grew from 78 to 90 OVR with the most goals , CL back to back and 9.0 Avg score, was not even nominated for the Ballon D’or. Instead there was one player that I sold mid season for playing bad a ST with only 10-20 goals. At this point the whole system si broken.

    oh.. and btw for whatever reason Yamal wins it every season, without even reaching quarter finals with Barça… in CL.

    The game is a disaster in every sense of the word, full of bugs, and unrealistic. Even the simplest things are extremely bad; they even ruined the features that worked perfectly in previous installments in this new release. A solution must be found. On the other hand, eFootball is absolutely amazing in terms of gameplay, cinematic scenes, and everything else. I hope the game will be reviewed and fixed in a soon-to-come update.
